Some of my projects,not in any order.

February

Feb is here,the world is just so fast.Must be enjoying myself as they say the world spins when you're having fun.
There are so many things I have completed since I last posted but I am now enjoying learning new techniques and using materials I wanted to try but never got round to.As part of a site I am on for that very thing I am producing a journal and will collect the samples to produce a comprehensive Techniques for Textiles diary.
Whilst lying in bed the other night I was bemoaning the fact that all I had for mark making on fabric were some tubes of kids paint and some fabric pens when I remembered ages ago I bought a set of 22 bottles of fabric colours.On finding it(right where I knew it was=honest)I discovered it was July 2005 when I got them .
Will not be too long till I try them out.
Making fabric beads,just a half dozen to see how I go.Want 3 for the cover of my journal.Post pics later today when I organise something.

Busy busy

Have not been on for a while.Making 2 Christmas tree skirts.1 for Rachael and 1 for Lisa,both the same but different.!!!!!
Found a site where I can talk and swap postcards etc.great.Make 1 ornament and 1 table piece,I made 2 baskets and a japanese omiyage.
Also on a log cabin forum so tried courthouse blocks in a Christmas theme.Got charms to tie it.
Made a couple of pincushions too.
